Gaëlle Dubé, agronomist

Project management, writing, content management, ampelographic descriptions, photos selection, research, measurements, and photographs. A member of the Ordre des agronomes du Québec (Agronomists Order) since 2006, Gaëlle is a viticulture consultant who does phytosanitary monitoring of several vineyards in the Québec City, Chaudière-Appalaches, Lac-Saint-Jean and Outaouais regions. Her work includes scouting for diseases and making recommendations for plant protection, fertilization and cultivation management. At the end of the winter season, she works as an inspector for the organic certification of maple syrup products. Gaëlle holds a Bachelor`s degree in Agronomy Crop Production from Université Laval (Québec City, Québec) and an Advanced Technician’s Certificate, in Viticulture and Oenology, from Lycée François Pétrarque (Avignon, France).

Isabelle Turcotte, agronomist

Project management, writing, ampelographic descriptions, research, measurements, and photographs. A member of the Ordre des agronomes du Québec (Agronomists Order) since 2006, Isabelle is a consultant in viticulture and apple production. Her work consists of phytosanitary monitoring of several vineyards and orchards in the regions of Centre-du-Québec and Montérégie. She does scouting for diseases and making recommendations in plant protection, fertilization and cultivation management. She conductspruning clinics and workshops for l’École de Viticulture et de Vinification du Québec (EVVQ). Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy Crop Production from Université Laval (Québec City, Québec). Between 2002 and 2006, she participated in all phases of production, from field to sale, at the Le Royer St-Pierre Vineyard. During this same time, she studied at the EVVQ (Viticulture I, II, III) and participated in three wine making workshops.

Richard Grenier, editor

Photographs, measurements, proofreading, writing, graphics, computer graphics, illustration ©, photo editing, publishing and printing management. A teacher in computer graphics, Richard has also worked in viticulture since 2002, at the Coteau St-Paul vineyard. Richard provides solutions in the field and promotes the vineyard products. Through his career, he has participated in various agritourism projects, including the promotion and marketing of fresh and processed fruit products. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree of Technical Teaching in computer graphics from Université du Québec (Montreal, Québec). From branding and marketing to labelling, packaging, and promoting, Richard uses his expertise for the benefit of small regional specialty growers.
